(8,224 posts)all of it wrong. Somehow or another, somewhere, someone made an assumption that I am a photographer. I have been sent several solicitations to "correct my listing" for a fee. I don't play like that. So now one can get a pagefull of hits on my photo studio, which does not exist.

(9,001 posts)We live down the road from some sensitive infrastructure. Seems that even the census takers couldn't locate our house on GPS.
Bad part.... emergency services will occasionally get turned around and end up out our way when they should be headed in the opposite direction.

(47,675 posts)I checked a few places (including my own house) and while they ARE accurate as of a point in time, they aren't even close to current. It's weird that they had such high resolution from eight years ago (judging by my own house). I've never seen the site before but it is a shitload faster than any other of that nature that I've used. Hopefully their images will catch up eventually. It has excellent resolution. I tend to use maps.yahoo.com and it's generally a little fuzzy but it really helps when trying to locate somewhere I have to go. This one is better (and yahoo maps are only slightly more current).
