thousand bucks that he will never be president! Of course no one will take that bet and I guess we'd have to wait until he dies for the payoff.

It's astonishing they can't come up with a reasonable candidate. In 2000, I was even telling myself that maybe (just maybe) McCain might be an alright president. Bradley had been my number one choice. McCain would have had to primary "Shrub" in 2004 to keep me believing. He laid down and waited for his turn and lost any respect I had for him though. After what Bush did to him in South Carolina, he had to hate that bastard! If the first four years weren't enough to make him think he needed to go up against him, WTF would it take?
