FBI backs down on Apple phone case

Breaking: 2 minutes ago

From the federal government's filing, per Politico, on the request to delay a hearing in the Apple encryption case: "On Sunday, March 20, 2016, an outside party demonstrated to the FBI a possible method for unlocking (terrorist Syed) Farook’s iPhone. Testing is required to determine whether it is a viable method that will not compromise data on Farook’s iPhone. If the method is viable, it should eliminate the need for the assistance from Apple Inc." -

If they can open with the above solution, they will back off Apple.

Not going to post links, but, the info is out there, and the over-ride is deceptively simple.
