LOL introduction of rep candidates is all screwed up

omg..... they were supposed to be introduced and then come out in order and it was all screwed up. I'm sure there will be a video of this shortly. OMG - it was comical.

Carson deliberately chose to wait so he would get special attention. The Donald saw this and thought "oh cool, more attention!" and chose to wait with him. Kasich got forgotten in mess but grabbed a special moment by default.
