my hearing aid has bluetooth so I can hear my cell phone and music player directly through my hearing aids. His staff would be able to talk to him via bluetooth as well.

BTW I betcha he chews with his mouth open judging by the size of that mold to keep the wire from popping out.

It does look very much like a hearing aid, but given all the snide remarks made by The Donald, I think it's more of a receiving device. After all, I can't begin to count the times he has put his foot in his mouth so someone has to keep watch over what he is saying. But if it is what I think it is, I also believe the batteries have died since he doesn't listen to that little voice in his head!
