In the westerns I watched as a kid, the men covering their faces with bandanas were the bad guys

and that's the same for ISIL as it is for US oafs with Big Ugly Guns. I have no idea why they don't get that particular point but I guess swaggering oafs with Big Ugly Guns are the same the world over. At least our oafs don't seem to have the same supply lines for C-4 that overseas oafs have.

That word gets applied to so much that is not terrorism (usually simply because it's something that promotes fear), and that annoys me. It cheapens the legitimate uses of the term...like this one.

Although these assclowns in Texas haven't actually shot anyone, I have no problem including an overt, unmistakable threat of violence to people who have done nothing wrong in the definition of "terrorism." This is a threat of violence with a clear political motive.

she was being followed and threatened by a guy with a mask and a machine gun... maybe, just maybe there was a slight chance that....

The "righteous" rise,
With burning eyes
Of hatred and ill will,
Madmen fed on fear and lies.....

Quick to judge, quick to anger,
Slow to understand,
Ignorance and Prejudice
and Fear walk hand in hand...

So sad that we must live in times like these......
