Wolverines!

Is it just me or has there been an emergence of anti-Russian cold war-esque propaganda? Russia's entrance into the Syrian conflict is a big deal. I believe there is no way that this does not precede a return to the Russian and American relationship of my youth. The one where high school kids fight commies and reds in the American heartland and the tensions of nuclear armament cause a super computer with a name like a hamburger to nearly start World War III. I hope not. It sucked. It sucked hating people I never met because a movie told me to. It sucked hating a people I never met because the government told me to. It sucked being told I have an enemy when that enemy never did anything to me. The words of Sting's Russians has always haunted me. I do not want to go back to that. Resist the propaganda. You can hate Putin and the social policies of Russia, but don't let that hate blind you.
