I just cannot understand why the richest countries in the middle east are not offering sanctuary to the people who are leaving their homeland for a better life elsewhere due to war in Syria, the invasion of Iraq and Afghanistan. Why are Germany and Austria stepping up but not countries like Kuwait, UAE, Quatar, etc.
