how Democrats can counter the "make America great again" slogan

it's a stupid slogan that deserves an equally trite rebuttal.

"What, you don't think America is great? Why don't you think America is great? I think America has always been great and will continue to be great, and become greater still as time passes. It's really a shame your faith in the greatness of our great nation is so weak."

I've never seen anyone look like anything other than a jerk (other than the late John F. Kennedy Jr.) in that.

If I were dictator of North America I'd forbid that style. No major punishment, just the baseball cap police everywhere. They'd take off and confiscate the offending cap. And before anyone objects, just think of all the jobs that would be created to have enough baseball cap police out there!

such a hat police force might support itself: confiscate the caps, then open up booths where they are resold. My law would of course have exceptions for private spaces, but anywhere else? We take the cap!

Early 80's - before it became cool. Yeah I'm like that. Not always but from time to time.

Don't get me started on the flat non-broken-in brims thing on a baseball cap. Maddening.

I remember they used to say that one a lot whenever anything
critical was said about the corrupt and evil BushCo Regime.
Give it right back to them.
