It's not a lie that Wisconsin needs more help in our election, and it's not a lie we need more help

from the DNC with Election fraud by protecting our vote...

Some in Wisconsin have become aware of election fraud.... And it is so concerning that our Congresswomen Tammy Baldwin asked the DOJ to help... Last I heard - they would get back to us in Wisconsin... GAB believes all our election troubles our the result of human error... And while I agree in part with that statement, GAB Kevin Kennedy uses, it is for other reasons..

I think the human error goes beyond Kathy Nicholas' decade long finding extra votes for her former friends and boss of the Republican party. The human error is more to do with Kevin Kennedy for allowing special software written exclusively for Kathy Nicholas who uses her own private computer to do our election work off of...and not having staff that can read the code written for our states elections...That he allows the Republicans to take care of via Mike Huebsch from the Office of Administration
http://publius9.blogspot.com/2011/04/wisconsin-gab-wrote-erroneous-software.html

“Mike Huebsch is the Secretary of the DOA. He is also former GOP leader and ALEC leader. It doesn’t take a PHd to see the conflict of interest in allowing any department run by such a highly partisan official anywhere near our election systems or software.” Said Ryan who is also Executive Director of Defending Wisconsin PAC. “The citizens deserve to know to what extent the DOA works on our election systems and software. It saddens me to see how far downhill our elections will go. But elections are the cornerstone of our Democracy and that is why we are not leaving until we get our answers.”

INVESTIGATION CONTINUES 5/2: Romney Accused of Felony, Election SUBterfuge in Wisconsin Primary
5/2, 11:03pm CT - The Romney-Ryan vote tampering investigation by Brad Schimmel, Waukesha County District Attorney, is continuing, as he stated this morning by telephone. He relates he has been interviewing witnesses, has at least one more to go, and depending upon that interview, may have others. After this, he will make his determination, for any further action.http://gulagbound.com/29003/investigation-of-romney-for-bribery-election-subterfuge-in-wisconsin-primary/#.T7emBo69wUU

Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus is predicting that Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker’s recall fight to keep his job will help the GOP win the state in the November election.

“By June, when Governor Walker is victorious again, we’ll have a confident and battle-tested ground organization with four straight victories under our belts,” Priebus, a former Wisconsin state GOP chairman, wrote in a campaign memo obtained by Politico.

Priebus, referring to the upcoming recall election that will decide whether fellow Republican Scott remains in office, said his home state is “very much in play" for the party’s presidential nominee. However, recent polls show, at the moment anyway, that President Barack Obama holds a substantial lead over Mitt Romney in the state, as well as any other potential GOP rival.

According to Politico, the Republican chief said the party’s “sophisticated and aggressive turnout program,” which has already contacted a million potential voters in the state, would be the key. He said Tuesday’s GOP primary, in addition to Scott’s recall battle, is another chance for Republican to make their case against Obama and the Democrats.

Rove's IT Guru Warned of Sabotage Before Fatal Plane Crash; Was Set to Testify

Well, the lawyers in the case refer to him as a high-IQ Forrest Gump, by which they mean that he seems to have been present at the scene of every dubious election of the last eight years. We're talking about Florida in 2000. We're talking about Ohio in 2004. We're talking about Alabama in 2002. He seems to have been involved in the theft of Don Siegelman's re-election for governor. There's some evidence that links him with the Saxby Chambliss-Max Cleland Senate race in Georgia in 2002. To be Karl Rove's IT guru seems to have meant basically setting it up so that votes could be electronically shaved to the disadvantage of the Democrats and the advantage of Republicans.

AG: What do you mean, "electronically shaved"? I mean, you've got all these precincts all over Ohio. They're counting up their votes. What does he have to do with this?

MCM: Well, specifically, there's a computer architecture setup called "Man in the Middle," which involves shunting the election returns from, you know, the state in question - in this case, Ohio - shunting them to a separate computer elsewhere. All of the election returns in Ohio in 2004 went from the Secretary of State's website - this is Ken Blackwell - to a separate computer in a basement in Chattanooga, Tennessee, which was under the control of another private company called SMARTech.

So we have now two private companies: GovTech Solutions, which is Connell's company, SMARTech, which is run by a guy named [Jeff] Averbeck. And the company - the third private company that managed the voting tabulators in Ohio was called Triad. All three of these companies worked closely together on election night in Ohio in 2004. It turns out that the state's own IT person was sent home at 9:00 p.m. They said, "Go ahead. Go home. We'll take care of this." So that this trio of highly partisan and, let me add, Christianist companies basically took over the whole -http://archive.truthout.org/122408j

... STRIKE ONE !

Kevin Kennedy outsourced a piece of our election process to Accenture....STRIKE TWO !

And that's enough for me. Kennedy isn't to be trusted. The "custom" software and other sins are just icing on the cake.

For those that may not recall, Accenture used to be known as Arthur Andersen, until they were implicated in the Enron scandal. So they changed their name, then moved their HQ offshore to avoid US taxes. Not a company I would do business with for anything, let alone a piece of our election proces..

the recall election. Sorry but they cannot get away with saying 'we'll be there, don't worry'. When?? The RNC and their allies are outspending Wisc Dems by around 25-1. If Walker wins this race, it is a huge victory for the Koch Brothers and a terrible defeat for this country.

I do NOT understand the attitude of the DNC towards this most important election.

But it's becoming clear why Democrats do not win. They do not fight. The questions is 'why'?
