You ever had engorged breasts? I was lucky because I was working at a Children's Hospital during my child-bearing years and they were INCREDIBLY supportive. We had wonderful pumping rooms, got to stay on the clock while pumping, and were encouraged to pump as long as possible. That said, I've known new moms that had to pump in bathrooms (yuck), and had to clock-out. This is one issue that still needs loads of work.
