poll on background color for DU (an option only, not the default)

Or, if you use Firefox, they have an add-on that enables one to change website colors. I tinkered with it a long time ago.

The one I use sometimes for DU at night is called eyeguard. Button on the toolbar to quickly swap to Night Mode, and to customize the darkness.

colour doesn't bother me. To be honest, I've never noticed.
Not being around baseball bothers me a lot more.
