On edit: I couldn't say anything because I know one of the principals and promised him I wouldn't say a word as to exactly what it was...
Here it is...

(25,532 posts)O-O-7 is the greatest spy there is today
When the going's rough
He's got the stuff
And he never lets himself be killed...
We know in a fight he will win
'Cause he wins every fight that he's in
And that is whyyyyy
When bullets start to flyyyyy
You'l be saying
You'll never die 0 0 7 007

Gawd rest ye merry football fans
Let nothing ye dismay
Remember that the NFL
Is on TV today
So sit right back
Enjoy your snack
Watch Dallas verse Green Bay
Sit right back
Eat your popcorn
Drink your beer
Popcorn and beer
Sit right back
Enjoy your popcorn and your beer
And then there was "We 3 Broads of Whorehouse Cafe" and soooooo many others, but I'll spare you the gory details for now

(23,664 posts)And also how to pronounce it.
I can remember when MAD was printed in comic book format and cost a dime. And I can remember riding my bike 8 miles into town just to buy it. This had to be in the early 50's and the ink from the pages was so cheap it used to come off all over your hands.
I also remember laughing my ass off in biology class about five years when I found out that an "axolotl" was some kind of salamander. I thought it was just some word that Harvey Kurtzman and Bill Gaines just pulled out of their ass.

On edit: that Magazine changed my life...they once had Barry Goldwater pushing the Red Button but the BEST was the kid running down the street holding a human skull saying, "Mommy Mommy, look what I found in Junior's head!"
