2 men—one white, one black—walk down the street strapped with AR-15

Only the black male gets held up at gunpoint..plus K-9 ..could they fit any more cop units?

There was a chance, and not an insignificant one, that he would be shot on sight, without being given a chance to comply with any orders given.

That's a remarkable, if unsurprising, example of how "economic issues" don't address intitutionalized racism.
