“A technicality prevented any further action,” a source told In Touch Weekly. “That’s been the biggest regret in all of this.”
The technicality seems to be an expired statute of limitations, as the report was first filed in 2005. In Touch Weekly does report however that since this case, the state has lengthened the statute of limitations for such crimes. The state trooper who originally took the report in 2005 never followed up and according to In Touch Weekly, “That state trooper was later convicted on child pornography charges and is serving a 56-year prison sentence.”

He was a minor at the time so wouldn't the case be sealed? Oh he is a horrible but does that trump minor's rights? Kinda scary for all kids who did something wrong to have it come back and haunt them. I guess the brain really doesn't fully develope until 25 or so. This is a slippery slope for all minor's.

3. Based on the report that says he was going to be charged with 4th degree sexual assault, I don't

think he was an under 18 minor, but rather an under 21 minor. Under Arkansas state law there is only one age category for 4th degree. It is:

Sexual intercourse,[89] deviate sexual activity,[90] or sexual contact[91] with someone less than 16 years of age where the defendant is at least 20 years of age.

That seems to explain how his name could be reported and not the girls. Also, ask yourself how Dad caught him coming out of a girl's room.....was it one of his sister's????

I don't know if it was his sisters or not. Walking out of a room could mean a lot of things to that crazy family.

for 4th degree except for the one instance I mentioned.

4th degree sexual assault[88] Sexual intercourse,[89] deviate sexual activity,[90] or sexual contact[91] with someone less than 16 years of age where the defendant is at least 20 years of age.

3rd degree sexual assault[92] Sexual intercourse or deviate sexual activity with someone less than 14 years of age where the defendant is under 18 years of age and more than 3 years older than the victim.

2nd degree sexual assault[93] Sexual contact with someone less than 14 years of age where the defendant is at least 18 years of age.

Sexual contact with someone at least 12 years of age and less than 14 years of age and where the defendant is less than 18 years of age and more than 4 years older than the victim.
Sexual contact with someone less than 12 years of age where the defendant is less than 18 years of age and more than 3 years older than the victim.

Rape[94] Sexual intercourse or deviate sexual intercourse with someone less than 14 years of age where the defendant is more than 3 years older than the victim.
