Bernie Sanders will continue to take phoned in questions from anyone who wants to talk to him, once a week, for 1 hour:
Good innovative strategy.

(75,480 posts)2. He has been doing just that for years now on BWB.
He doesn't back off or try to weasel out of any reasonable thing asked of him.

So sad I wasn't able to listen at work today.

(3,431 posts)4. I have listened to him
for years on the Hartman show. The greatest
thing is that he can admit if he does not know
enough about the subject of the callers questions.
I hope this gets publicized, and that he will be
able to have the time for this from now on.

(18,115 posts)5. It was almost 10 years ago that I was introduced to Sen Sanders through "Brunch with Bernie"
on Thom Hartmann's radio show. I was instantly impressed and have followed him closely since. Ever on point, consistent and unflappable. America's Senator.

Used to do it eons ago when Hartmann was still in VT. That's how it got started. Bernie really is accessible.
