Former Rhode Island Gov. Lincoln Chafee is aiming to take down Hillary Clinton over her controversial 2002 vote to support the Iraq war.

Vote on Iraq was an error, but I'm much less forgiving of those who helped pass the Constitution-shredding PATRIOT Act

But he also could have done better in overall campaign by bringing up his record more.

Your beef is with almost the entire House and virtually the entire Senate where it passed 98-1.

I tend to agree with you. If law enforcement believes evil is afoot, let them find a neutral magistrate, demonstrate it to him or her, and get a search warrant.
