What I find astounding is that Facebook has been heavily lobbied (including a nurse-in at their headquarters) and they seem to think this is unimportant- Facebook sure seems to come across as immature and teen-agy.
This has been going on for ages. Geesh.

I guess that says a lot about Zuckerberg, doesn't it? I've seen a couple of investment-oriented articles discussing why Facebook's IPO is something that smart people should stay away from, and his impulsiveness coupled with his over-50% ownership (even after an IPO) are a risk factor to consider.

It's that teenage-boy problem they seem to have. I wish they would put some adults in charge.

FB is not banning porn, they are banning nudity. While we may not agree with where they draw the line, they have chosen a policy that is easy to enforce.

What's with America's irrational phobia of skin, anyway? Animals can show their milk glands and tits, why not people? We're animals too.

There are a lot more important things out there right now than Facebook.

There is still a need for more jobs, school buildings are in dire need of repair, the local shelter/food bank is losing funding.

edit to add --- Also there may have been copyright issues. Who owns the painting? If someone owns a fabulous painting like that, many times the person who owns it will have it listed as 'on loan to ABC Museum'. To use a painting on a greeting card, or what ever, permission and fees must be paid. People really shouldn't use artwork willynilly to prove their point.
