Is it fair to point out...?

...that 9/11 happened on the Republican watch?

Has enough time expired to discuss it now? Perhaps it would not have been wise to bring it up before now?

Does anyone doubt that the Repubs would have used it to pummel the Democrats if a Democrat had been in the White House on 9-11-2001 ?

Just as they would be crowing about their great successes if they had been able to capture or kill Bin Laden.

Are the Democrats too easy on these assholes?

That's why it's so hard to be "fair" with them without saying something we'd find unreasonable to say.

They will boldly claim Clinton for 911 while at the same time giving Bush credit for OBL's killing.

They must know it is kindergarten level logic - that's their "strength." They are beneath embarrassment.

Bush and Cheney have never been held accountable for capitalizing on the deaths of 3,000
people IMO. Get back to me for possibly a different answer when the trials begin. And don't
even begin to talk about the way they botched the Katrina tragedy.
