Does anybody remember a sketch

I can't remember if it was on SNL or MadTV, but it was a game show sketch, probably around the late 90s-early 00s. It was called something like "Keep Your Pants On with Bill Clinton", and basically a bunch of contestants would come up while the Clinton impersonator started talking, and the contestants were timed at how long it was before they took off their pants. I think it had 3 female contestants, followed by a homophobic male contestant. If I remember correctly, all of them ended up pantsless. We were discussing it at work today, and I can't seem to find it on the interwebs. I thought maybe some of the DU crowd would remember it.
