“Rights that women felt were settled for nearly a generation, have suddenly become contested again.

“We seem to be going backwards in time, rather than forward. Should Mitt Romney be elected President of the United States, what public policies is he going to put forward that are going to help America’s women?”

2. "Mitt LOVES youse broads! Really, he does! Now fix us a sammich!!"

My God, are these assholes TRYING to lose? This isn't even going into foreign policy or his "W Bush on Steroids" economic plan.

How in the hell is this election even going to be a "horserace"?

Oh, I forgot, all the people applauding the "Kill Obamacare Dead" statement, that's why . . .

5. As a woman that just turned 59 a few weeks ago

yes, we sure are disgusted about past settled issues coming back.
But do not make the mistake that a lot of us who fought for these rights before are sitting out this time. No way!

I for one will do whatever I can to make sure my voice is heard. Women before me made enormous strides for equality and I owe it to them and to the younger women to fight the conservatives once again.

Bring it on.
