that trolls right wing Christian conservatives, and other idiots (like anti-vaxxers). Pat Robertson would not approve of this site, but if he agrees that vaccinations are a good thing, then I can honestly say I have one thing in common with Pat Robertson.

You know that's not really god's twitter account, right?

That nobody but NObody thinks they're actually talking to god, right?

That no god is there, right?

trusting proven modern medicine?

Pro-tip: People have been vaccinated for various diseases since the 1950s. It wasn't until recently that asshat anti-vaxxers started their bullshit. All thanks to Andrew Wakefield, who actually did conspire to link the MMR vaccine to autism so he could get rich off his OWN MMR vaccine. Of course it backfired, his article was retracted, his license to practice medicine revoked, and he ended up with quire a bit of legal trouble. And STILL people listen to and support him. Some on this very board.

This isn't something new. You do know that there is enormous amounts of science backing up the need to vaccinate and the current state of how safe they are. Anti-vaccers have not reached their decision due to a lack of trust in government. They have reached their conclusion out of a complete lack of understanding of science. While many my not trust the government in any way, that is more of a mindset that goes along with conspiracy theories and the necessary mental gymnastics needed to be so blatantly anti-science.
