So, here's a win for our side (Indiana) ...

http://www.wthr.com/story/16380287/judge-rules-indiana-secretary-of-state-was-ineligible-to-run-for-office

The dude who ran for Sec'y of State on the GOP ticket had been using his ex-wife's address (which is within jurisdiction) even though he was living with his fiancee (outside jurisdiction) and claimed that he didn't know where the line was. Running for the office in charge of Elections/Voter Fraud & didn't know where the line was. D'oh! Or purposely dodged the eligibility rules. Double D'oh!!

The Recount Commission threw out the Dems' claim to set aside the election results a couple months ago, but today a judge told the Recount Commission it was wrong and that White was not eligible to run for office and therefore is removed from office, and Mr. Osili, a Democrat, is the rightful winner of the Sec'y of State's seat & needs certified ASAP.

Appeals and bs to come, from the local rumblings I'm hearing, but for now ... a small victory.
