There are a lot of suspicious people in my neighborhood

I live in a 80ish house subdivision. Lots of families with young kids and dogs, etc. Almost nightly some Ali G lookalikes drive slowly around our neighborhood. Usually they stop and enter one of our neighbor's houses for a brief period of time before leaving.

Some of these fellows even leave behind the fillings of cigar wrappers.

I think I should start following them and confronting them about what they're doing in my neighborhood as they clearly don't belong.

These kids are probably up to nothing more than standard youthful hijinks. Just smile and wave, and remind them to pick up their trash.
