Free download of Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) agreement draft.

This document is the EU's offer regarding services and investment, presented on the 26th of may 2014.
In particular, it is a list of reservations outlining where the EU is not going to allow full market access to the US, or offer equal national treatment, in respect of services of various classes.

According to its proponents, the agreement opens a way for economic growth and job creation in the participating nations.
On the other hand, critics argue that it implies a deregulation of key markets that limits the acting capacity of national governments in favour of big business. The lack of transparency surrounding the negotiations has been a subject of discontent on both sides of the Atlantic.
