All the cards are in place for the GOP

they have the Court and the Congress, now they can pull what ever crap they want to get a Repub in the White House in 2016 and there is no one to stop them.

They just need enough Americans to vote for them to make it look legit. And they will easily get that.

You will not have the luxury, either, of some liberal or democrat staying home because their ideal candidate is not running.

And they will. First, they will run somebody stupid in 2016. They always do. They have no Black vote, they have no Latino vote and depending on who we run, they won't have the female vote.

Somebody stupid, huh?

They don't have to actually win, just steal a couple of key States that have already been gerrymandered to fix the state legislature and courts and with voter suppression laws.

It must be convenient to forget that they held the Congress and Courts in 2006. And that they didn't win the Presidency in 2008.

Royally screwed up that people, for a very brief period, could see how bad they were. And it was still too close for comfort.
A sane VP choice by McCain and he might have won.

purposely vague. The only "change" that mattered was anything away from Shrub/the-repukes. OBAMA and his team saw the once in a generation opportunity and took it.

To do something profound. On the level of the New Deal. And they shied away.

They've started digging pits too deep for the Dems to get us out of during their briefer periods of control.

Remember all that "unskewed polls" crap that had Romney winning in a landslide because the electorate will be 74% white? Well the electorate was more like 72% white. In 2016 it will be in the 69-70% range. In 2020 it will be more like 66% white.

They can pull what ever shit they want to. They can't possible have any chance of looking ligit when they only win 40% of the Hispanic vote and 10% of the Black vote along with less than 60% of the white vote and maybe 35% of the Asian vote.

There was a time when winning the white vote meant you won. There will be places in the country where that is still true in 2020 and beyond, but those will be fewer each year.

The cards may be in place but this is a tide. You can't stop a tide with cards.
