So Cheney appears on television and declares
for the whole world to see and hear:
Yeah, I ordered torture. What are you going yo do about it? If I was still in power, we'd still be torturing, but since I'm not, I'd do it again in a heartbeat. Bwahahahaha! (Sarcastically) Ohhhh...I'm so scared! See, I'm shaking!
I've got powerful friends, even Obama and Holder, and nobody is going to touch me. All those suckers yelling for me to be prosecuted are shouting into deaf ears. Torture Power, suckers. Again, what are you going to do about it?

Obama and Holder are keeping criminals safe, including torture Architects/Designers/Planners, Wall Street bankers and CEOs, and the police that are killing innocent civilians.
