According to a new article on Think Progress the Tennessee legislature is considering a law that would make it a criminal offense to harm an embryo? How would you determine that? Anyway I am wondering how crazy things will get before we even get to November.
I have a question? Do we need to change our laws in a way that we issue a "certificate of conception" rather than a "certificate of birth"? Or do we need to issue both. And how does that effect inheritance laws.
Addendum - If we issue a "certificate of conception" how does one give it a name? Do we do a DNA test on the embryo to determine if it will be a boy or girl? It would be odd to be called a boy named Susan.

(11,304 posts)you think doesn't do any good because they send you an standard email back. You can tell them they are making Tn a laughing stock and low and behold they send you a email thanking them for sending it and he would send it over to the house. I have already sent to emails on 2 different things and got the same standard email back. So unless I put $10,000 before he'll ever listen to me or any of us.
