(65,616 posts)most of the time it is foreign agitators if it is a well know area of unrest. Basically if a person just wants to talk about the riots and not the cause, then they view it as nothing more then a spectacle imo. Always have to get to the root of the problem. All your examples are good ones. Also doesn't help when you are facing two groups of agitators, the cops and political subverts. And of course a hostile media HOPING that full scale rioting breaks out.
