actions are the ones doing them. I think there is a criminal element in there that takes advantage of the situation and allows others to take th blame.

Might want to rethink this concept, especially since most of the rioters were opportunistic looters who probably couldn't care less about the protest that was going on.

most of the time it is foreign agitators if it is a well know area of unrest. Basically if a person just wants to talk about the riots and not the cause, then they view it as nothing more then a spectacle imo. Always have to get to the root of the problem. All your examples are good ones. Also doesn't help when you are facing two groups of agitators, the cops and political subverts. And of course a hostile media HOPING that full scale rioting breaks out.
