About the time we started using electronic vote counting machines we did a flip flop. I'm still at a loss to explain that one. Other than the obvious that is

Living in SoCal, I'm in a very blue state--but I happen to live in a very red area of the state. You might say I live in the Okie district of California.

that over 50% of the people who lived in California were from out of state and that over 50% of those from out of state were from Oklahoma.
I love my state and wouldn't live anywhere else. A lot of good talent comes from my state

A lot of good talent comes from EVERY state, which is only one of the reasons why generalizations often DON'T work.

But I know you're hangin' in there, brother, and still fighting the Good Fight.

Northeastern Oklahoma is a good place to live. Tulsa is the best if you like cities. I'm country at heart and only 30 minutes from Tulsa so I get the cake and get to eat it too.

Oh yes, Tulsa has the Leon Russell and JJ Cale legacies
