The "I'm just a bill" character from our childhood just committed suicide

after long years of holding his dick while waiting for something to happen.

Blew his own brains out right on the Capitol steps!

Looked like a confetti popper at a little kids b-day party.

Rest in peace, old friend.

The police believe he was clubbed to death with an empty Merlot magnum.

The suspect is believed to be orange in color and a very heavy smoker of English cigarettes.....he had accomplices, too...around 230 of them!!!!!!!
