Is Limbaugh back on drugs?

I heard a bit Rush's show recently - and noticed his voice is becoming nasal-ly again. He's starting to sound like Gilbert Gottfried! This the same thing that happened right before he lost his hearing and had to go to rehab for prescription drug abuse. Wonder if he's back on the stuff...?

I listened when he was on oxy, and I noticed him slurring his speech. Not now. He does have more of a nasal voice. I don't know what that is from.
