The next time I see Mitt, I'm going to ask him...

...what weight of oil he uses in his lawn mower.

I myself prefer 30 SAE but sometimes I use 10-30 weight as it is easier to find (my supermarket carries it. For 30 SAE I have to go to the autoparts store). Usually when I'm ready to mow the yards and I check the oil in my lawnmower and its low, I'll run over to the grocery store (it's just a few minutes away) and pick up some 10-30 weight because I want to get the damn lawns mowed so I can fire up the barbeque that evening for a cookout as I always feel better when the yards are freshly mowed.

But I think I should be using 30 SAE and have thought about buying it by the case since I use it in my car, and it seems like I never have a quart or two around when I mow my lawn.

I'm sure Mitt can give me some advice on what he uses, being that he and Ann are such "regular Joes."

5. I'll bet if you ask Ann how she stretches the grocery money, she'd tell you.

6. Our son, in middle school, has a "late-start day" next week.

A day when teachers and administrators have meetings in the morning. His school day starts 2 hours later. My wife did the last "late-start day" so it's my turn to inform my employer that I'll be in 2 hours later that day. Fortunately, I'm sure I'll get off, but since the mornings are our busiest time of the work day, it may leave a sour taste in my supervisor's mouth.

Maybe Ann could give me some pointers as to what she did when her sons had "late-start days?"
