Ok... So I'm At The Local Tavern After Work...

And we're talking NFL, ISS/ISL/IS, Upcoming Elections...

And this tavern has been habituated by local politicians, staffers, lobbyists, et. al. for years...

And a guy at one end of the bar asks a REAL interesting question...

"What if the Democrats keep the Senate... and even take the House...

Does that change Hillary's calculations ???"

And at first I'm thinking... no she's benefit from that...

But then I started thinking... wait... if people are really pissed off about the PTB... and voted against it.

Where WOULD that leave Hillary Clinton ???

We lose either way. The Dems are going to trade off granting unions to the hotel service industries, thinking its a big win. In reality it loses by exempting minimum wage laws to tipped workers. The r's are happy because now the ball is rolling to create less expense to business and allowing chosen sectors of the workforce to join those unions.

How the tipped worker, say a housekeeper, is hurt is by the forcing of shift changes. The employer now exactly controls the wages by requiring shifts with little or no potential for a tip.
