actively participate, or campaign on behalf of the Dem favorite. Further, the fact that the Pubs forced him to run makes them look like the crooks that they are.

is saying that since he cited the statute that allows for his dropping out, by that citation he fulfills the requirements of the statute.

Also claims that there is no provision for the refusal of the request
