Does MSNBC really lean left, or does it lean to reality?

Granted, Rev. Sharpton is an activist. But, how much of what the other reporters/moderators have to say sounds partisan simply because they are pointing out the untruths in Republican talking points?

Most of the clowns accusing the media of liberal bias consider anyone to the left of Temujin a liberal.

proof is in the pudding! How anyone in the declining middle class, for example, can listen to republicans and say hey, this is great, is beyond me. Take Kansas, for example, can disadvantaged people look around and say hey, this is great, what the tea party and cohorts have done to Kansas. A sense of reality must be setting in, eventually. OK, Kansas might not be a good example, too faithful, and believe anything ... but it gets my idea across ... that reality must be setting in for some places.

MSNBC leans towards reality, but is still well short of the mark.

They hardly counter-balance each other.

Unless you have a dish and can get Free Speech TV, it's all we got right now. I do watch Thom Hartmann and Amy Goodman fairly often. Papantonio is on some channel too. There is nothing comparable to the old Current lineup though.

the rest of them still frame things the way the right does.
ie- the whole vaca nontrovery. they had a different answer to the question, but they still hammered the question.

I don't care if a news channel 'leans left' or 'leans right'. What's wrong with just reporting the name news and not telling me what my opinion should be. Or having an opinion show where there are 2 people of opposing voice debating the issue (btw equal voices not a Hannity & Colmes show where Colmes was essentially Hannity's lackey).

Anymore I just read the news at the NYTimes and hope for the best.

I don't know why people can't just admit that and move on.

It's not all that controversial.
