FBI was considering widening the Michael Brown investigation a few days ago.

Now stay with me here.

Obstruction of Justice is a RICO Predicate Act.

No incident report? Not even an incident report from officers who arrived at the scene after the shooting?

That's obstruction of justice.

The crime now appears to be organized after the fact with a RICO predicate.

Sounds to me like a lot of this corrupt department are going down on federal charges involving the loss of a life. That can carry life or even the death penalty.

We can at least hope, because there will be no justice on a local level.

"Last week Chief Jackson told me there *was* paperwork done at the time of shooting bc officer's weapon was discharged. We should see that"

LYING LIARS. Also when Lawrence broke this NBC.com posted a story that was absolutely a talking point, which was that the "county took over," and the report says "the county most likely did the report."

These rat bastards are fucking beyond the pale.

37. The Ferguson PD gives Incident Report Numbers

when an incident report wasn't written up by police officers. How else can they explain this from the strong armed shoplifting incident report:

This scrubbing is so Wilson can create an account of the incident that fits the eye witness and autopsy report. http://www.democraticunderground.com/10025426603

thanks to Du's sunnystar for reminding everyone.

I think we're up to three or four instances of obstruction.

Three or four RICO predicates in a single case.

Lots of corrupt fucks are going down.

You haven't provided anything to back up your speculation.

You don't know that other reports don't exist. That would be ridiculous. They just haven't been released. The prosecutor has said he won't release anything until after the grand jury proceedings.
