Another "hands up" shooting? This time in Chicago

Near the end you can hear a "witness" describe the victim as having his "hands up".

1. I can't see the video

The Tribune recently changed their web site, and it's all screwed up for me. I'll take your word that someone says his hands were up. But in this case, I also have to register the allegation, in the article, that a semiautomatic handgun was recovered at the scene.

God, I'm sick of guns on all sides. Honestly, it's still about guns. No one would be dead if we didn't have them.

This guy had a gun.

The right wing media, pundits, pols, and supporters/voters will mix this one up with Mr. Brown's killing.

It also appears that this man pointed a gun at the police car - which of course is going to be a recipe for disaster.


All Mr. Brown did was make the mistake of walking while black.
