Newt gets punk'd
American Bridge, which owns www.newtgingrich.com, is redirecting all its visitors to stories that are embarrassing to Newt Gingrich.
Just go to NewtGingrich.com, and you'll get sent to some of the following sites.
a. Washington Post: "Gingrich presidential campaign implodes."
b. The Atlantic Wire: "Gingrich's campaign still looks an awful lot like a book tour."
c. The jewelry store Tiffany & Co.
d. Freddie Mac's site.
e. Youtube of Newt and Nancy Pelosi's commercial.
f. Matt Barrett's Travel Guide to Greece.

(2,261 posts)UPDATE: The Hill reports that the Democratic PAC American Bridge to the 21st Century is responsible for the prank on Gingrich today.
Former House Speaker better not check out NewtGingrich.com any time soon. The website is currently linking to a variety of pages that highlight attacks on Gingrich from recent weeks.
This website is redirecting to a variety of anti-Gingrich pages including the websites for Freddie Mac, Grecian travel and the YouTube video of Gingrich and House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi discussing the necessary legislative remedies for man-made global warming.
While Gingrichs official campaign site is Newt.org , his campaign should have looked into purchasing this site which could easily lead voters astray.
