What's the deal with Joe Scarborough?
Since he's part of the MSNBC progressive line-up, I'd assume he's liberal, yet I read he's a repuke?

5. He's a republican who occasionally says things that aren't crazy right wing crap
|
If you want to watch liberal tv at that time slot you can watch Bill Press and Stephanie Miller on Current tv. However it is just
their radio shows being televised live. |

7. Scarborough isn't a loony, but he is conservative
|
He's not somebody I particularly like but he has called the Repukes out on occasion. That is why MS-NBC keeps him on the lineup, I suspect.

9. Joe "Dead Girl In His Office" Scarborough?
|
He came in with GINGRICH to the GOP Congress that dogged Clinton at every turn.
He was the Tea Party Candidate of his day--New Broom Sweeps Clean type. Go do some googling. You'll be horrified. |

10. ... never though of him as liberal in any sense. He's a republican and was a
|
republican congressman from Florida. I often find him obnoxious. ... hardly ever watch the show.

He could also be a murderer too. Joe had an intern that turned up dead in his office.

Last edited Sun Apr 8, 2012, 12:42 AM USA/ET - Edit history (3) I guess I have some serious googling to do! UPDATE: I didn't have to look far. I find it "interesting" that the Chandra Levy (Dem Condit's intern) case was splashed all over the media, but when (repuke) Scarborough's intern was found dead in his office(s), the media never made a peep. Another one of "them mysterious deaths." |

Pretty much what I suspected. A repuke is a repuke is a repuke. I was just a little confused because I had MSNBC ("Lean forward") pegged as a progressive station. I never watch MJ anyway--my TV day begins with Martin Bashir and continues on through O'Donnell.

Last edited Sat Apr 7, 2012, 03:22 PM USA/ET - Edit history (2) "The ladykiller".... I myself has never used these words when describing JS, so I am not sure why these words are said.
However, what I do know is: if you watch the show or read about it here or on another site mentioning what he spouted off on ANY given morning, YOU WILL THEN HAVE THAT VERY DAYS TALKING POINTS, from the aforementioned dark side!!! So, in the end, he does perform a service to us here at DU, just maybe not the one he has is mind each day... |
