And to add insult to injury, they charged the guy with the cell phone who they shot with aggravated assault.

It's a good thing for him they only shot him once; otherwise, he'd be looking at serious time, like that old black retired cop they shot 28 times. He got 40 years this week.

Cops are out of control in this country. How do we rein them in?
