Just two years ago, the Roman Catholic archbishop of St. Paul and Minneapolis was making headlines as a leader in the battle against same-sex marriage. But for the last year and a half, the archbishop, John C. Nienstedt, has been battling to hold onto his post in the face of a series of scandals, which further deepened on Tuesday with the filing of an explosive affidavit by the former chancellor of the archdiocese.

that is what I see. Anti-marriage equality is one of their top products. Got to keep it shiny and out on a front shelf.
The whole pedophile thing gives the corporation a bad reputation and must be hidden and covered up. Much like cancer for tobacco companies or the cancers that Monsanto causes.

the prototypical multi-national corporation. Big money, no national loyalties, international political influence, enough charity work and support for the arts to put up a good facade. They've been doing it for centuries.
