From the article the organizer of the event says that normally they pay a fee for use of public land but since bundy uses it for free the event will be held across from the ranch and won't pay for the use of the land.

4. NO that is not true Burning Man fest WILL pay as usual this man is not the organizer

His event is immediately after Burning Man at Bundy's ranch and his intent is to bring the crowd from Burning Man down to the ranch area and that event will not pay(Bundyfest)

His fb page has caught the wrath of baggers and bigots but this was my fav>
