See, socialists give and receive. He's a conveniently inconvenient socialist. He takes when it's convenient for him. He does not give because it's inconvenient.
And a foul prick to boot. Societies have no place for people like him, but yet they still exist. Because they use "government" for their needs, and their needs only.
