3. If the information is IN the link, then you don't HAVE to post all the information.
|
Last edited Tue Mar 27, 2012, 01:26 PM USA/ET - Edit history (1) I would just remove the personal information, because it's in the link anyway.
Edited to add: I don't see any addresses, SSNs or phone numbers in there, so I think it's all good anyway. |

4. There's no copyright infringment issue here, so not relevant. Good try, though.

Now he REALLY has problems. He's crying because he knows his life is effectively over.

10. When did Zimmerman get his CCW?
|
Just these would have prevented him from applying for a PO Civil Service Test. They also should have been enough for him to not be able to get a CCW. Just an Injunction for Domestic Abuse is enough for denial of a permit.
Tell me I am wrong on that one. |

27. All 4 charges, including the felony, were closed upon recommendation of the State Attorney. Why?
|
This simply raises another important issue, considering that the Zimmerman's father is "a retired magistrate Judge", according to CNN.

26. So he merely committed felonious acts, which of course is OK, if you wish to be a gunslinger.
|
As long as the charges were dropped his behavior was perfectly fine?
I think you miss my point, I think behavior should determine if an individual is responsable enough to have such power over the life or death of others, if behavior itself is not the guideline then a good plee bargain or person intimidated out of presing charges is all it takes for a behavioral thug to easily shoot people at will. The more I learn the more I feel I should build an arsenal of my own and find ways to get guns to young kids in danger of being gunned down, they are too young under current law to protect themselves with a gun against a gun aren't they? That should be remedied. They should give out guns at school for protection not condoms (please don't stop easy access to condoms regardless of my sarcasm) |

30. You're saying someone should be treated as a felon without due process.
|
And basically that even having been accused of something is exactly the same as having been convicted. I don't think you want to go down that road.

The only one convicted (and sentenced) of a felony with no proof was his victim.
