The ACLU thinks Florida has a profiling problem...

“THE MAN ON THE LEFT Is 75 Times More Likely To Be Stopped By The Police While Driving Than THE MAN ON THE RIGHT .

For example, in Florida, 80% of those stopped and searched were black and Hispanic while they constituted only 5% of all drivers.” --ACLU ad.

2. Doesn't that ad date back to the 90s class action against the Fla. Highway Patrol?

It looks familiar

6. Yes, but it seemed like a nice reminder that things hadn't changed much

"Driving While Black" I think was what the ACLU was drawing attention to.

3. Excellent!

It’s not just Florida that has a racial profiling problem. My son and his family live in the Omaha, Nebraska area. They live in a mostly white neighborhood and have two adopted black children, ages 8 and 1. Police stopped the elder one while he was riding his bicycle down the street in front of their house and asked him whose bike it was.

9. I have only lived in this state for 5 years

Yet even I can see the chasm in this state since the Alien in Chief has taken over. Hell, public employees are now drug addicts!!!!!! You are GUILTY until proven innocent in this state now.
