The ACLU thinks Florida has a profiling problem...
“THE MAN ON THE LEFT Is 75 Times More Likely To Be Stopped By The Police While Driving Than THE MAN ON THE RIGHT . For example, in Florida, 80% of those stopped and searched were black and Hispanic while they constituted only 5% of all drivers.” --ACLU ad.

It’s not just Florida that has a racial profiling problem. My son and his family live in the Omaha, Nebraska area. They live in a mostly white neighborhood and have two adopted black children, ages 8 and 1. Police stopped the elder one while he was riding his bicycle down the street in front of their house and asked him whose bike it was.
