About 300 bar staff woke up today to no job

http://kxan.m0bl.net/w/main/story/57230259/

That's some fucked up shit but I feel sorry for all of those employees. This also means the job market was just completely saturated making me finding a new job much more difficult

Edited to add: those are some of the biggest clubs in Austin. Kiss N Fly is the top gay bar and Malaia is one of the top dubstep clubs in the country

3. 500 grams = 5 cups

Not so big a deal when put in that context.

6. Less than 2 cups, packed. One cup is 236 grams.

However, the clubs will be going nowhere and likely the staff that haven't been implicated in the bust will keep their jobs after time off on unemployment while things are sorted out.

9. Most people post a relevant paragraph so they don't need to go to the link.

5. I know its no fault of their own

but I have little sympathy when ANY organized crime business front gets shut down..(I know the bar owners have the presumption of innocence and will get their day in court)
