1. What I've seen of Sanchez I'm not sure Tebow has a chance

Unless one of the Saints don't take out Sanchez that is.

2. Tebow is the worst QB I've ever seen

and his schtick won't play well in NYC.

I hope Tebow takes over the starting job, plays like crap, gets evicerated in the NY Media. The fans beg to have Sanchez back, but he demands a trade to the Niners.

3. Tebow should be a running back

5. He would make a terrible running back

He ran a 4.7 40... too slow and no burst. He's a "long strider", which means he would not have the burst to get through the hole.

He has good escapability as a QB because defenders have to attack him high to prevent him from throwing the ball (cannot tackle a QB by the legs outside the pocket because they can just throw the ball away) and he can use his strength to get away. If he were a running back, though, defenders could aim for his legs and easily cut him down.

6. I hope he gets traded to the Bucs.

It will make the losing more fun. We can have all College Coaches to go with our players. Maybe even get in a Bowl Game. Bucs to the BCS....!!

4. Given the nature of the NYC fans and sports media

this is going to be interesting, much in the fashion of an armed battle in a lunatic asylum. Sanchez can reliably hit the broad side of a barn, which is more than Tebow can do, but that's setting the bar pretty low. As Matt Taibbi so eloqnently put it, watching Tebow try to throw a forward pass is like watching a moose try to fuck a washing machine.

I predict homicidal internecine warfare among Jets fans the first time Sanchez coughs up a couple of bonehead interceptions in a half. This is going to be more fun than a barrel of half-witted monkeys.

The beneficiaries of all of this are the Bronco wide receivers, who must be relieved that the alternatives are no longer going over the middle and getting killed by a bone-eating ogre of a linebacker or having a pass thrown so far over their heads that Andre the Giant or Manute Bol couldn't catch it.

9. Sanchez stinks, Timmeh notwithstanding...

I don't think Timmeh is any good, but certainly Sanchez has proven himself to be a bust...you gotta wonder what the JEST were smoking when they took him.
