with great force and conviction, one Anthony Weiner, was forced out of office by pecksniffs and prudes, including a disgracefully large number of people right here on DU, for a juvenile but harmless episode last summer.

whether they should recuse themselves or not.. No one else can make that decision....And guess what, Thomas will NEVER do such an honorable thing...Just like when Scalia went duck hunting with Dick Cheney on the eve of a court hearing concerning Cheney and the Energy Policy of Secrecy... Scalia said he didn't have to recuse himself no matter what the appearances might look like..Guess how Scalia ruled on that one?
