What is the Obama admins position on the Keystone XL

I'm having a hard time following it.

Obama to press agencies on Keystone pipeline's southern leg

President Barack Obama will direct federal agencies on Thursday to speed approvals of one portion of the controversial Keystone pipeline, in a move designed to ease political pressure on the White House as the industry frets about a glut of oil trapped in the region.

Obama, who is under pressure from voters over rising gasoline prices, used a stop at a solar panel facility in Nevada on Wednesday to accuse Republicans of ignoring renewable fuels that could help wean the United States off foreign oil.

Republicans cite Obama's rejection of the Keystone XL pipeline from Canada and support for a now bankrupt solar panel company, along with higher gasoline prices, as evidence his energy policies are not working.

3. If you

Hey, our President speaks sign language!

...don't know the answer to the OP question, why not just say so instead of trying mock?

I mean, you are displaying a lot of resentment because people appreciated that the President treated someone with respect.

6. Ooh, maps!

I've got one too.

Again: anyone who tells you a pipe from Cushing to the Gulf is anything REMOTELY like the 1700-mile long proposal we all fought against is trying to make you a fool.

7. Again,

the pipeline was rejected and this portion doesn't involve tar sands.

In other words, Keystone Canada pipeline has still been rejected, dots or not.
